The Experience Behind iLearndo
iLearndo is built on more than 25 years of practical experience working across hospitality, guest service, aviation, business development and workplace learning in the Maldives.
The approach comes from understanding service from the frontline to leadership level: how standards are set, how people perform and how everyday interactions shape the customer experience.
That experience is translated into practical development that teams can understand, apply and sustain.
Meet the Founder

Thompey Faiz
Founder & Principal
Thompey Faiz is a Maldivian hospitality professional whose career began on the frontline and developed across liveaboards, resorts, hotels, luxury service, aviation and business development.
Over more than 25 years, he has worked across guest experience, team leadership, hospitality pre-openings, service development and workplace learning.
He founded iLearndo to bring that practical industry experience directly into the way organisations develop their people, service and performance.
“Great service starts with people knowing what is expected, understanding why it matters and being able to deliver it consistently.”
Why iLearndo
Built from real experience
iLearndo is shaped by years spent working directly within hospitality and customer-facing environments, not by theory alone.
Personally led
Every programme is personally reviewed, developed or delivered by Thompey Faiz, keeping the work directly connected to the experience and standards behind iLearndo.
Practical by design
The focus is not simply on what people know. It is on what they do differently afterwards: how they communicate, lead, respond, serve and perform.
Relevant to your organisation
Programmes are developed around your people, customers, service environment and operational realities rather than delivered as generic training.
Grounded in the Maldives
iLearndo understands the cultural, workforce and operational realities that shape service and team performance in the Maldives.
